Dr. John Meyers has lived and served in the Tampa Bay community for more than 45 years. Raised in Tarpon Springs, he graduated from Clearwater Central Catholic High School before earning his bachelor's and Doctor of Optometry degrees from Ferris State University and the Michigan College of Optometry. After several years practicing in Michigan, he returned home and opened Dr. Meyers and Associates in 2003 at the LensCrafters in Gulfview Square Mall in Port Richey, later expanding with a second LensCrafters location on Sunset Pointe Road in Clearwater. Outside the office, he enjoys time with his wife, three children, grandchildren, and two dogs, is an avid Tampa Bay Rays fan, and loves golfing.
