We have been coming here for several years. The staff is amazing. Sarah, Natalie, Riley and Sandy work do hard and are beyond dedicated to provide everyone outstanding customer service. The doctors took me in immediately to resolve an issue i had with my right eye. Extremely grateful.

I have 100% confidence in Dr Southby. He is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything very well. Also, I love the state of the art equipment! The young man who performed the pre-visit testing was excellent also. He cleaned the equipment before and after my use.

Staff was nice a d courteous. The doctor was phenomenal and she was able.to diagnose my issues when others could not. I would refer this group to anyone. Thank you all.

I have been a patient for 25 years. Dr Meyers always gets it right and the one time I went back and said can we add a bit more here, he fixed it immediately. The techs are always pleasant and efficient. The office staff is cordial, and the wait time is minimal.

Appointment went great. Especially since it was Christmas Eve day I thought the would be extremely busy with end of the year appointments but I got right in as soon as I got there no waiting for the doctor or anything. Ordered my glasses quickly my fiancé had to use another place for his. His appointment including glasses took over three hour. Mine I was out within an hour…

I really enjoyed my experience today at Lena’s crafters with Dr. John Meyers, he was patient and a sweeter all my questions while we looked at the pictures of my eyes.
